1.1、自动切割机

1.1 Automatic Long Block Cutting Machine

本方案切割设备采用一组金刚石砂轮和一组胶轮作为主体结构。

The cutting equipment of this solution uses a set of diamond grinding wheels and a set of rubber wheels as the main structure.

产品宽度调整:根据宽度要求通过更换金刚石之间的垫块调整产品宽度,不同内R值可以共用。内径R相同的衬片,胶轮可以共用,内径不同R值产品,只需更换橡胶滚筒。整体工装采用快换型设计,降低企业成本;

Product width adjustment: Adjust the product width by replacing the pads between the diamonds according to the width requirements, different inner R values can be shared. Linings with the same inner diameter R, rubber wheels can be shared. For products with different inner diameters R values, only the rubber rollers need to be replaced. The overall tooling adopts a quick-change design to reduce corporate costs;

研磨方式:只需将产品整齐的投进料仓产品会自动进行切割,切割后通过传送机构自动排出推入下一工序。

1.2 自动内外弧研磨机

本方案研磨设备采用一组外研磨和一组内研磨作为主体结构,外研磨和内研磨分别由金刚石砂轮、橡胶导轮和输送机构组成。

产品厚度调整;根据厚度要求通过调整金刚石与导轮之间的位置来完成,设备设计采用模具共用方案设计,降低企业成本。

研磨方式,只需将产品整齐的排在输送线上,设备会自动进行研磨,研磨后通过旋转盘和输送机构自动排出。

1.3自动倒角机

1.3 Automatic chamfering machine

本方案由供给输送机、移送机构、倒角研磨石和排出输送机组成,通过输送机将产品输送至移送位置,通过气缸压紧产品移动、完成研磨石,移送电机变频器控制保证动作的可靠性及倒角的一致性和稳定性。

This solution consists of a supply conveyor, a transfer mechanism, a chamfering grinding stone and a discharge conveyor. The product is transported to the transfer position through the conveyor, and the product is pressed and moved by the cylinder to complete the grinding stone. The transfer motor is controlled by an inverter to ensure the reliability of the action. and chamfer consistency and stability.

产品倒角基准调整:根据产品要求通过调整R值、导轨宽窄和高度来完成;R值通过调整机构可快速完成,轨道调整根据产品尺寸只需更换垫块,轨道设计采用模具共用方案设计,降低企业成本。
