The current national standard (GB5763-2008) adopts the system that evluate the brake performance of the brake lining by the constant speed test machine.The test is carried out by taking a small sample of 25mm×25mm on the finished brake pad,so the testing result has many differences from the actual brake process.This method is the lower-level uation method,can not match the current international status and the manufacturing capabilities of our country.Thus our country will introduce a higher stage of braking performance uation system in the next few years.The new national standard will be similar with international standards.The brake lining performance will be uated by equipment similar like Claus testing machine.
